for 33dgame Pakistan

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 33dgame website at 33dgame.pro, including all games, services, promotions, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by 33dgame that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 33dgame before processing withdrawals or at any point the Company deems necessary.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative bet amount a Player must place using bonus funds before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gaming services of this nature is restricted by local law.

To open an Account on 33dgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial arrangement.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gaming of this nature is expressly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an Account on 33dgame that was terminated, suspended, or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 33dgame or any of its affiliated service providers.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 33dgame reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to confiscate associated funds where abuse is detected.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided — including your full name, date of birth, and payment details — is accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

33dgame operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit KYC documents at any of the following points:

• Upon requesting your first withdrawal.
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds.
• When the Company has reason to believe that information on the Account requires verification.
• At any time deemed necessary by the 33dgame compliance team.

Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is complete. 33dgame reserves the right to withhold pending withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

All financial transactions on 33dgame are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by the Platform at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following payment methods are supported:

• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet — same 60-second processing window)
• HBL Internet Banking (typically 15–30 minutes)

Minimum deposit: PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 33dgame payments team. Standard processing time is 1–3 business hours for verified accounts. Accounts that have not completed KYC will experience delays until verification is satisfactorily completed.

33dgame reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned via the same method used for the corresponding deposit. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name.

33dgame offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the individual promotion. Certain game categories — such as live dealer tables or specific sports markets — may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• 33dgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If the Company determines that a Player has abused a promotion — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — the Company reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Players from Pakistan are eligible for all active promotions on 33dgame unless a specific promotion states a geographic restriction. PSL-specific promotions are designed exclusively for Pakistani players and are available during Pakistan Super League match windows.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33dgame Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following responsibilities rest with you as the Account holder:

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any other individual — including family members — to access or use your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication through your Account security settings.
• Notify 33dgame support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

33dgame will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access that occurred due to the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security. The Company's liability is limited solely to cases where a security breach arose from a fault on the Platform's own systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33dgame Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform without manual human input.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through an identified glitch are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or coordinating betting patterns to manipulate game outcomes or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or gaming systems.

Upon detection of prohibited conduct, 33dgame will immediately suspend the relevant Account(s), freeze all associated balances pending investigation, and may permanently terminate the Account. Funds held in terminated Accounts due to confirmed prohibited conduct will be forfeited. In serious cases, the Company reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All casino games offered on 33dgame are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, and others. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, paytable, and return-to-player (RTP) specifications, which are accessible within the game interface. The maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits set by 33dgame. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and stake amount. Players approaching or exceeding these limits will be notified at the time of bet placement.

33dgame is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from 33dgame without the prior written consent of the Company. Unauthorised use of 33dgame's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33dgame shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate Account security as outlined in Section 6.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of odds, statistics, or live data displayed on the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any single Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33dgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

Closure by Player: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 33dgame support team via live chat. Before closure, all wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved and all pending withdrawal requests finalised. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following KYC verification.

Termination by 33dgame: The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling the Company to do so.

In the case of termination for cause (breach), the Company may retain any funds held in the Account. In the case of termination for regulatory reasons or commercial decisions unrelated to player fault, the Company will return the verified real-money balance within a reasonable timeframe.

Your personal data is processed by 33dgame in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies strictly as necessary to operate the Platform.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and 33dgame arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the 33dgame support team via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to the compliance team. A written response will be provided within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved after the formal complaint process, it may be escalated to the appropriate dispute resolution body in accordance with the Platform's operational licensing requirements.

Disputes relating to specific bet settlements or game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised outside this window may not be considered.
